  • Please ensure items are unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  2. We'll review your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved:

    • We’ll send a prepaid return label for defective/mis-shipped items.

    • For other returns, you'll receive a discounted return shipping label.

  4. Ship the item within 5 days of approval.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns: Refund issued via your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Disallowed returns: We'll contact you via email with next steps.

5. Sale Items

  • Final sale. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

6. Returns Not Covered

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to shipping defects.

  • Items without proof of purchase or original tags.

7. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties.

  • Contact us first before initiating returns from outside the U.S.
