4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

  3. We’ll respond within 1 business day to resolve the issue.

If the issue is our fault, we’ll send a replacement or refund, and cover any shipping costs.
